What is a "Check-In" consist of? 

For most people these will sessions will include a 1 on 1 video or hopefully soon in-person training session where I go through a full workout with you and provide corrective movement feedback as your customized routine. I call them "healthy lifestyle exercise sessions" because not everyone will need a full workout every time. For example some may need a lifestyle evaluation where I go through their daily routine and habits and provide ideas to improve their overall health and well-being. 

I have an injury or chronic condition and I'm scared to workout on my own... Is this online training even a good idea for me? 

Of course it is!!  I specialize in senior fitness and cancer exercise training so believe me I know how scary it is to start out. I truly think everyone needs their own routine and progression. And I never push people past their own comfort zone. The initial consultation and assessment will give us both more information about the RIGHT path for you! 

I have limited or NO equipment at home... What do I do? 

No equipment, no worries! Every workout session is dependent on your goals, your setting and the equipment you have. There are millions of exercises to teach and majority of them can be done without any equipment at all! 

I have no access to video calls. Is there a way to do this without video? 

With the times we're in now, I highly suggest finding a way to go online not just to allow yourself to workout with me ;) but it's also a great way to stay connected with your loved ones and friends. For personal training I do offer customized programming, so phone call check-ins and digital exercise/diet programming that you can do on your own, will be your best option.
