"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." Lao Tzu
We're in a new moon phase, a time that naturally invites a reset. Not in an all-or-nothing kind of way, but in a quieter sense... reassessing what's working, what's not and where you're actually being pulled next.
I had a chance to really drop into that reflection during an aerial sound bath with CupSage last night. At first, my mind was busy: thinking, planning, bouncing from one idea to the next. But instead of fighting it, I let it move. And by the end, I felt calm, clear, and more trusting that those thoughts are actually pointing me in the right direction: toward the version of myself and my work that feels most aligned.
For me, that reflection feels especially real this year. Ridgeline is stepping into year 6, and looking back, it's been anything but linear. If you've been here since the early days, watching me instruct movement in my apartment living room, you've seen the shifts, the pivots and the growth in real time.
And the trust is... I still don't have it all mapped out. But I trust the process a lot more now.

What I do know is this:
I love to teach.
I love brining people together.
I love being in environments that feel alive: cafes, breweries, the outdoors, music festivals etc.
So that what I'm building around.
The Ridgeline Method (Evolving)
The Ridgeline Method is continueing to evolve as I do. Instead of trying to force one clear path, I'm focusing on creating opportunities that actually match the life I want to live and the kind of community I want to be part of.
Moving forward, that look like:
Seasonal programs & 1:1 training containers for those who want deeper support and accountability.
Weekly classes where you can show up consistently and be guided through movement, strength and recovery.
Community events & retreats like Yoga Powwow and outdoor experiences that bring people together in a real, low-pressure way.
Youth coaching, which is a meaningful add-on to my work. It gives me the opportunity to stay connected to the next generation, share what I've learned and be part of their growth.
The goal isn't to overcomplicate things. It's to create spaces where people can move, connect, and feel better in their bodies and lives.

Closing
This space is really about the people who show up. So, if you're craving more connection, more movement, or just a break from doing it all on your own, I hope you'll join us in whatever way feels right for you.
With the new moon, it's a natural time to reset and take small, intentional steps forward. If you've been feeling the pull to try something new, meet new people, or get back to yourself... this is a good place to start.
Eat, Sleep, Move & Be Well.
Much love,
Ari
