Embark on a scenic two-day backpacking adventure through the majestic White Mountains of New Hampshire. This beginner-friendly traverse offers stunning views, diverse terrain, and a rewarding experience for novice hikers looking to delve into the world of pure nature, also known as forest bathing!

About the event

The Blueberry Traverse can be a 3, 2 or single day event depending on your time and preference. Below I have included the FULL schedule starting on Friday, June 28th after the Yoga Powwow Celebration. All Blueberry Traversers are welcome to attend both events! 

DAY 1: Yoga Powwow 

  • Campers will be asked to arrive early, around 5PM to set up their tents, hammocks / sleeping arrangements right at the Little Red Homestead. 
  • After the closing ceremony, campers will have a brief meeting around the campfire. 
  • 10PM Lights Out

DAY 2: Hike Up Blueberry 

  • 6:30AM: Wake Up Call! 
  • 7:30AM: Breakfast for campers
  • 8AM: Day hikers arrive
  • 8:15AM: Warm-Up / Yoga! 
  • 8:30AM: Start treking up Blueberry Mtn from Little Red
  • 11:30AM: Lunch on/in the mountains
  • 2:30PM: Set up camp (tents, and indoor arrangements may be available)
