Service Description

Feel confident with every step you take. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for defense training. In this class we’re not only training for better balance and flexibility we will increase the connection between our brain and body. This science-based class will start with a gentle yoga warm-up, then eventually you will learn to flow through the 8 forms of qui gong, ensuring that your body is in a constant and controlled motion. Depending on the weather you may find us outside on the Commons and/or the Gazebo. If you’re looking to improve physical health in a safe way, this is the class for you! We use props such as chairs, dowels, blocks and towels. Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and proper footwear.

Cancellation Policy

When cancelling a session be aware if you do not give at least a 24hr notice Ridgeline will charge you for the session. Please contact Ari directly with special cases such as a family emergency.
